Notice on Opening Hours of Student Service Center
in Xiang'an Campus during Winter Holiday
During the winter vacation (January 13, 2020 - February 14, 2020), the opening hours of the student service center in Xiang'an Campus have been adjusted. From January 13 to January 23 and January 31 to February 14, the center is normally open (Working days only). The opening hours are the winter office hours (9: 00-11: 30 am and 15: 00-17: 30 pm). And the center is closed temporarily during the rest time
The arrangements of the service window in office are as follows:
1. Student Service Center: During the opening hours of the center, there are student assistants who normally accept various student affairs. Jan. 24th- Jan. 30th(during the closing of the center), if there is a need, please call 0592-2886250 during office hours.
2. Apartment Office: During the opening hours of the center, only accept affairs about apartments to be vacated and other matters are not accepted. Jan. 24th- Jan. 30th (during the closing of the student affairs hall), if there is a need, please call 0592-2886252 during office hours.
3. Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School: window service suspension during winter vacation; self-service printing system of the center services as usual during the opening hours.
4. Medicare reimbursement and banking services, related services are suspended during the winter vacation, and will be resumed in the new semester.
