Editorial Policy, Sources and AI Disclosure

Effective July 12, 2026. Daily MLB Picks publishes pregame betting analysis for education and entertainment. This page explains who is responsible for the work, how automation is used, what gets verified, and how mistakes are corrected.

Who publishes and reviews the site

Daily MLB Picks is published by the Daily MLB Picks editorial desk. An editor reviews the market name, teams, probable pitchers, line, publication date, links and risk language before a pick page is released. The organization—not an AI model—is accountable for the published page.

How AI is used

AI assists with organizing a slate, comparing matchup notes, calculating break-even percentages and drafting explanations. It does not place bets, set sportsbook lines or guarantee outcomes. AI-assisted copy must be checked against the source data and edited before publication. We do not publish lightly reworded copies of pages from other sites.

Corrections

Factual corrections are made in place with the modification date changed. Material changes to a pick after publication are disclosed rather than silently rewritten. Readers can report an error through the contact page.

Risk notice: Sports betting involves financial risk. Past results do not guarantee future performance. Wager only where legal, only with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. If gambling is causing harm, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER in the United States.
